Employability as defined by Wikipedia is; the gaining of initial employment, maintaining employment, and obtaining new employment if required. For many individuals, employability depends on the knowledge, skills and attitudes they possess (KSA), the way they use those assets and present them to employers, and the context (e.g. personal circumstances and labor market environment) within which they seek work.
Our employability program is customized to meet person's specific needs and combines basic computer literacy to advanced computer skills to professional development skills. A basic employability package may include; Digital Literacy, Microsoft Office® Certification, Customer Service Certification, and Business Communication Certification. This package will give the individual the skills they need to be competitive in a 21st Century workforce. In essence it fulfills the knowledge and skills portion of the definition of employability.
